Dear Participating College,

We welcome you to our MBA (Full Time) Inter-Collegiate ‘E4 Summer Trainee Awards 2011’ Event.

As per Round 2, your College now needs to shortlist the 5 best summer projects in the categories of:

1. Sales & Marketing

2. Service Management

3. Retail Management

4. Human Resource

The following will then be submitted (via courier) to E4 by your College, at the below mentioned address:

1. CD containing the following:

a. 5 best projects in word format

b. 5 best projects in power point format (presentation will be of not more than 15 minutes when presented)

c. Nomination form (Soft Copy – excel format - attached)

d. Resumes of participating students

2. Hard Copies of the following:

a. 5 best projects (spiral bound will suffice)

b. Photocopies of the Summer Internship Certificates, of each of the 5 students, duly signed by the Company where they have pursued their internship.

c. Recommendation Letter of College Director recommending the student for the competition on the College Letter Head, in format prescribed in Annexure A (attached).

d. Resumes of the participating students
