Imp announcements on CV format and Submission and Paper Revaluation

BELOW ARE THE TASKS WHICH ARE OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE!!!!!!!

SO PLEASE DO IT ON TIME.

14^th April 2011

1) No Lectures (Happy Ambedkar Jayanti)

2) Send your C.V. with photograph to b4batch.iipm@gmail.com before 10 pm

a. Picture should be in formals with white background.

b. Font : Times New Roman

c. Font Size : 12

d. Alignment : Justify

e. C.V. should not exceed more than 2 pages.

f. Whichever column is not applicable to you, kindly delete the same. Do not leave it blank. E.g. Work exp / Live projects.

g. Name your DOC file of CV as name surname_specialization.

E.g. Ishan Shah_IT.docx

3) IT (No dots in between)

4) HR (No dots in between)

1) Submit hardcopy of your CV to CRs with photograph before 10.30 am.

Note: Picture should be in formals with white background.

SUBMIT BELOW DOCUMENT BEFORE 4 P.M. on 15^th APRIL 2011

2) Submit Form C for Direct Revaluation

a. DD worth Rs. 250 in the favour of

“THE REGISTRAR, MANONMANIAM SUNDARANAR UNIVERSITY,

payable at TIRUNELVELI.

OR

Submit Form A for Photocopy of answer sheet

a. DD worth Rs. 200 in the favour of

“THE REGISTRAR, MANONMANIAM SUNDARANAR UNIVERSITY,

payable at TIRUNELVELI.

After that if student wants to apply for revaluation, they need to fill up another form

(This would be confirmed on Monday ( 18^th April 2011)

OR

For Re-examination student has to apply along with a fee of Rs.500/- per subject and sit for the examination along with the students of next batch.

3) Write your NAME and REGISTER NUMBER on the TOP LEFT CORNER of the DD.
